Here are two downloadable files. The actual catalog, as well as the order form insert.
The catalog is printed on 11x17 large sheets. It's two-sided print. Fold in half and then the pagination to match them up into a booklet 8-1/2" x 11" in size. Then saddle staple. I'm sure you're equipped (large paper, saddle stapler, etc) there for all of this because this is what we did last year and it worked beautifully.

The order form is a separate sheet that inserts into the catalog. If you'll send a scanned copy of the actual order form back to me, in addition to your spreadsheet order, it will help us to keep them updated on arrival and ship dates of their jackets.
