Now my website is setup to serve as your 24/7 portal into my office, my showroom and into the many catalogs that showcase the wide variety of brands and specialty pieces that we offer. The digital age is an amazing time! It provides us with a unique opportunity to stay closely connected. Stepping into my website is like walking into my workshop and store. Each section is like a separate room. Some of the rooms have been customized for a specific client or a special purpose. Some rooms are private. Others are public. I"ll be happy to link you up to whatever it that you seek. More than all of that, the nature of my business is to provide concierge service to each of my clients. It's difficult (if not impossible) to offer a generic website, staffed by bots and automated replies and still deliver personalized attention. So that's why I do it this way. Understanding the needs of your organization is super important to me. The better we get to know each other, the better the job I'll be able to do for you. My job is to facilitate your branding needs and to keep the whole group looking neat, tidy and consistent. There will be times when I might suggest a different size or style for you. There will be times when we're working on a project and I'll open up a room in the project gallery for us to use while we're working on something together. Sometimes we'll open up a temporary 'store' where your colleagues can place an order; sometimes it will be an ongoing store and always available.
Over the last few years, what we know of as "brick and mortar stores" have changed dramatically. The digital age has left the good old fashioned corner store as sort of an obsolete idea. Why waste time on a trip to the store when you can get all the answer and more right from your phone or computer? Why be restricted to certain 'store hours' when we live in a 24/7 world, where questions pop into our heads around the clock? Yes indeed. The digital age has changed the game when it comes to browsing, shopping and communicating. BUT ... the elimination of the face-to-face connections has also created a ton of logistical challenges because there is SO MUCH that gets done when we meet in person. That's why I'm on the move visiting my clients throughout the workweek. Sometimes a 'visit' is a meeting at a place of mutual convenience. Other times, it's a meeting at your office. Still other times, it's a meeting at my place. Face-to-face visits allow us to review samples together and more closely discuss the nature of your project.
