That's ridiculous. Don't even ask. Don't bring a tee-shirt back next year with a hole in the armpit. Don't bring back a jacket that was slammed in a locker or car door and now has a broken zipper and for Heaven's Sake, don't call me a year and some later and tell me that your tee-shirt order was missing one shirt. I mean c'mon...really?
Every item that leaves our plant is TRIPLE-CHECKED for size/quantity accuracy, defects and abnormalities. First when they are received and queued up for production, next when each piece is loaded during production and finally, each piece is carefully checked as part of the packing process. While things can slip through, when things leave our place we're pretty darned sure they're all accounted for in good shape. Please inspect your order carefully and thoroughly upon receipt and notify me asap of any problems. For screen printed orders, you have our usual ONE WEEK from the day the job leaves the press (not one week from pickup...one week from the day the job is printed) to reorder and/or make a warranty claim. Once the screens are gone and the job has been put to rest, it's too late to reorder and there is little that we can do other than start over.
VIP Clients, whose screens/setups are maintained in our system, are eligible for the usual backups and replacements that you all have come to know and love.
