There are a variety of choices for better brand polos (available in royal blue and ladies styles). I selected the Nike piece shown here because it's both economical (for a Nike) and I've used this piece time and again for various clients and it has been consistently well received.

I'm also showing you your existing polo, the one the Dockmasters are currently wearing, in both the men's and ladies style. Having said that, there IS a heavyweight version of this piece available. That might also be an alternative.
