Placement needs a little thought
We have a bit of a decision to make re: placement. The first image shows the standard placement for the yoke logo. Trouble is, this shirt has a vertical seam that might cause us some concern. The challenges are 1-) the seam might create a little hump in the logo AND...the logo, at it's rightful position on the shirt, will also fall right atop the horizontal seam where the logo yoke and shirt back come together. So it's just "yuck" all the way. Putting the TF higher than that will seem like it's crawling too close to the neck, and lower, I fear, will look like it's falling between the shoulder blades. Also yuck.
I have also shown the location of the brand tag that is sewn to the inside of the shirt (the blue square represents the inside tag). That will also put us at risk for creating a hump under the TF.
I think we'll do better to go with the new logo (to include the TF on the front). I think we've worked it out at 4" and can live with it at that size. If there are any XS ladies, we might have to nudge down for them just a bit, but otherwise, 4" will def work on a ladies small. Scroll Down....

MY RECOMMENDATION
I think we're gonna be better off to use the new logo, at the 4" width, on the front only for Jeff. That eliminates any of the zconcerns shown and mentioned above. Forget the TF on the back altogether. And if that's the plan going forward, then it probably even makes better sense to use a logo that will remain relevant in the coming year(s). Shown below on a LADIES SMALL vest, Logo Size 4" works well. (ignore the little piece of paper -- that was a note to myself for reference). So if we have it worked out on the ladies Smalls and we have it worked out on Jeff's shirts, then we're in good shape to move forward.
Shown below is roughly how that will size up on the actual shirt for Jeff. This is at 100mm wide (4" exactly). Same as on the small vest shown above. I honestly think it looks good. Not huge and gaudy. Just classy. The mark of Technifab front and center. Big enough but not like a billboard.
