NON-GMAIL EMAIL ADDRESS
Okay .... first the easy stuff. I can help you to know how to have an email specific to your domain (vs gmail). It's super easy and affordable. I can tell you to do it or I can do it for you. But I'd have to understand who hosts your website(s) and how they have it setup. You can actually do this yourself very affordably. I can show you that too (manage your own site).
Do you have a domain for the Reel Time biz yet? I checked and I see that REEL TIME FISHING is already taken. FishMeasuredwithYourPhone.com IS available. I know...haha. But I was scratching the bottom trying to find a domain. I checked a variety of combinations and this is the only one I could find. Send me what you think you'd want as a domain and we can see what works.
Sometimes, when naming a business, it's good idea to see what domains are available and pick a name that you can actually get. When setup time comes, Graphic Designers are not always conscious of colors/logo setups and business naming. When I work with small business startups, we always start with the domain and go from there.
I myself own a couple of dozens domains. Every time I get a new brand idea, I buy the domain and I sit on it until I can develop the idea. You have to renew them annually, but if you feel like it'll eventually pay off, it's worth it.
But in a nutshell, you buy the domain, you buy a hosting package and you can host as many emails as you like. I can tell you how to do it yourself or I can do it for you and/or piggy back a domain on my hosting package. I actually do this for a number of clients.

Reel Time HoodieS AND SUCH
Now onto the more complicated stuff. First of all, Reel Time.
The logo with the 'ombre' or gradient coloring is a complex setup. Screenprint, in a nutshell, is the process of printing dots that makeup the image (see DOTS image below). When we do the color separations on the logo, this is what we get. The challenge is that the dots would be so small on a left chest, it wouldn't print nicely. There are other ways to print gradients (such as four color process) but again, not cheap setups and a one-and-done approach. Also, this would be a 4-color print and as such, pricey. AND...we would not be able to offer our usual refills and after-the-fact fulfillment process.
The other option is to have someone print it digitally. We do not do that. We're setup more for corporate and uniforming and our tooling is not aligned to multi-color printing beyond the basics. Most because corporate doesn't demand that. We have a been automatic press, but beyond that, we stick to spot colors, and never more than 3.
We like to be available to refill our clients' needs quickly. Multi color setups preclude us from being able to do that. In simple terms...that means if we can keep it to a single color and you call and say "I need 3 sweatshirts by the weekend!" ... we can make that happen.
Scroll down for a one-color print option:

Having said that, if you opt for a one-color print, we can set it up and keep the screens on the rack and always be ready to print-on-demand for you..affordably too. As far as 'bang for your buck' goes, I was thinking we could use blue apparel items to get the blue back in the design. Here's an example:
And of course, there are lots of items available in the BLUE category. Ladies stuff too.
And there's this other really macho (in my opinion) and trendy color option. Mili green with black print. It looks so good!
I'm throwing this picture in here because it's an actual printed shirt. The photo above is just a virtual. Actually, we do have a black ink digital printer and I can print a real sample of this for you if you like.
So these are the options as far as Reel Time. If any of this is amenable to you, let me know and I'll put together more shirt options. You can also go to the Searchable Catalogs links above and see if there are any styles that grab your attention. Send me the numbers and I can price it out and check availability.
HUK Tournament Shirts
Again, not really in our wheelhouse to process preprinted apparel, but when it's for an established client, I try to help. My job is to solve these problems for you.
So here are the limits on this project:
1- the existing HUK logos on there: We won't run these thru the conveyor dryer because we have no idea what sort of ink they've used and we don't want to jeopardize the HUK prints. So we can put some vinyl here and there with your logo. But we'd be looking at odd placements. Major brands put their logo everywhere (North Face is a good example of this) because they do not want to cobrand (your logo and theirs). So there are challenges. And I need to know if your vision is BIG LOGOS or SMALL or logos or WHATEVER WILL WORK.
The bottom back is available on most of the items. (NOTE: These are not printed yet...this is a virtual).

This green one offers us the top section of the back, as well as the right chest, opposite the HUK logo.
2. Now for the hard part....
The CAMO stufs is sublimated. Sublimation heats activates and bleeds thru whatever you put on top of it. So if we put a white vinyl logo on there. the camo print bleed thru.
We CAN order silicone and other transfers and heat apply those, but that'll add some cost and you have a to buy a bunch of them.
Again, this is a little out of our wheelhouse and it's why we don't typically print on stuff folks bring in. We only do it as a courtesy and unfortunately, I can only offer you what I have to tooling to do. AND...finally...we always have to have a setup piece. That is a sacrificial piece so we can test the print method. If it fails...we don't replace. There is a scrap rate always factored in. But when I buy the stuff, the customer never sees it :-)
I KNOW THIS IS A LOT! That's why I've been struggling with it. I hate saying NO and I hate botching the job. But that's where we're at on all measures.
Give me some feedback...I'll do what I can to help. We do appreciate your business and I want you to be satisfied. vh
