Here is the comp for the black tee. We're showing the logo at 4" here and this is roughly how it will appear on a tee shirt size Large. The appearance will vary depending upon the size of the shirt.
size printout
Here's the logo size/scale printout referenced in the email. In case you have a particular vision for the actual size of the logo. This might help.
First up you'll find those items specified in your email from last week. To put this all into context, I've listed those items, along with their quantity pricing and availability. Availability is as of Friday, 10-10 and is wildly unstable and subject to change at any point. It's important to note that this supply chain challenge is NOT usual or customary for this industry during most times of the year. These are exceptionally challenging times.
Pricing stated is for our ongoing partner/fulfillment program. For large dollar/quantity orders, there is likely an additional volume discount (depending upon the order, additional discounts are 5%, 8% and 10%). But for the purpose of this check-in, these prices will you a ballpark of where you're at. Prices stated for XS-XL sizes; there is always a slight upcharge for extended sizing (2XL and up).

That concludes the list of styles that you sent to me. Now on to some of the other things we discussed on the phone:
CS412 CornerStone® - Select Snag-Proof Polo
This is a commercial brand that offers a really affordable solution to a uniform polo. This is a snag-proof piece (which is an important feature in a dri-fit) offered at great price (you're looking at $25.80 each). This piece is also offered in a lighter weight for summer time use ($21 each current pricing). It's also a proprietary brand and as such, inventories are more readily available. Expensive polos (like Nike) can get a bit expensive as a budget line item when you have transient staff. So here's another option.
An absolute best-seller, this Performance Pullover comes in at $30.60 with a logo and it's been incredibly well-received by our clients.
F282 Sport-Tek® Super Heavyweight Full-Zip Hooded Sweatshirt
Also a proprietary brand, this piece is likely the heaviest of the heavyweight sweatshirts you'll ever hold. It's a whopper. Super thick and plushy, it's a 12 oz, 80/20 ringspun cotton blend. Ordinary sweatshirts are less than 8 oz, for reference. So this is heavy to the feel. 80/20 means more cotton than poly and Ringspun is what makes it so soft. It's a winner all the way around. For the Full Zip style, it's $41.80 with the embroidered logo on the chest. Price varies for printed. There is also a pullover and crewneck version of this piece available.
REtail tee-shirt
For our retail tees, hands down, Bella Canvas is the way to go. This piece has become a best-seller throughout all sales funnels; retail, fire/ems, corporate, events. It's light and soft, made with a more refined blend of cotton, and comes in a TON of colors. These would be screenprinted. Prices for printed tees depends upon three factors: Quantity of shirts in the order, number of prints (front, back, etc), and number of colors in each print. A single color print on the chest and back is most common and, in my opinion, most cost-effective AND most impactful. In the nearly fifteen years that we hosted a retail store in Vermilion, the single color prints always won. Every time. This tee is also offered in a variety of other styles including ladies and children's sizes/styles.
To give you some idea of cost, 100 pieces of this style with a print on the chest and back comes in at around $9.20 each. Prices go down as quantities go up, and vice-versa. We also offer a quantity discount for mixed styles of screenprint, as long as we're printing the same logos/placements/inks. This is a very generalized impression of pricing.
BC3001CVC BELLA+CANVAS ® Unisex Heather CVC Short Sleeve Tee
For your grounds crew, I would make two recommendations, each based on our experience offering these styles to our commercial clientele. One Note: I would consider NOT going with black for this project. If these folks are working in the sun, black will absorb the heat and really be uncomfortable for them. Each of these choices are available in a variety of colors.
29MJERZEES® - Dri-Power® Active 50/50 Cotton/Poly T-Shirt. Yes! A basic Jerzees brand tee. But this tee has been not only well-received but REQUESTED time and again. It's got the feel of a good old-fashioned cotton tee, but it's a 50/50 blend, which adds durability. Our fire departments and tradesmen alike just love this tee. Washes well. Doesn't shrink.
To give you some idea of cost, 100 pieces of this style with a print on the chest and back comes in at around $7.30 each.
----------------------------------------------
ST320SPORT-TEK® - Post-Charge® Tough Tee An affordable Dri-Fit tee shirt that is meant for commercial use (there is a 'non-tough tee' version of this as well that prices out a bit less. It's a great 4.7 oz moisture wicking tee. A basic piece that has always gotten great reviews from our clients.
To give you some idea of cost, 100 pieces of this style with a print on the chest and back comes in at around $10.35 each.
aprons
For commercial use and when ordered in quantity, there are two brands that we work with. I've provided links below. These are both trusted brands and distributors we've turned to for many years. Have a look and let me know style numbers of interest. From there I can checkup on pricing and availability.
In addition to aprons, this is a great brand for Hospitality Industry apparel of all varieties. Tried and tested. Overall, a great options for uniforming. We use their FIRE/EMS uniforms, in addition to other piece. These are pieces that will hold us to many washings and wearings.
Given the current environment of supply chain challenges, there are a few caveats to all quotes:
Prices are increasing fairly steadily, which is uncommon for this industry but something we must consider, none the less. We have been advised that prices for blank apparel will increase again Jan 1.
Generally speaking, inventories are volatile and not always predictable. Not only does it mean that sometimes there is just NO inventory, often it means we can get the style in all sizes except one or two This is sometimes causing us to have to use mixed brands to complete an order. We do not love doing this...but out of necessity, we've learned, sometimes comes compromise.
In general, this list is a good start and will give you a glimpse of what you're looking at in terms of uniforming options and budgeting. There are more styles available than I could possibly list; thousands of polos, sweatshirts, hats. But this is a good place to start.

9-29-21 chef coat design
Setup is nearly complete. Below you will see pix of virtuals. If you'd kindly have a look...make sure that everything looks good. Sometimes it's difficult to come in behind another decorator, so we always try to be a specific as possible. There are three questions to answer:
Placement:
Please confirm that placement (location of the logo on the jacket) is the same as what you have already. We are assuming it's on the left chest.
Once we know the left chest is correct, then we drill down to a more exact measurement. This would be how far down and how far over. We have followed the usual placement standards in this photo, but yours may be different and if you want them to closely match, we'll need additional info. If you lay a jacket down flat and reference the red X on the top of the logo and at the should seam right next to the collar, those are the numbers we need.
If you're not that particular....then we can go with what we've got.
Note: Dimensions are as stated previously. We think we're close.
We also are uncertain about thread color. If the logo on the sample photo is white or grey. If grey, there is a silver grey we can use, or a slightly darker grey. We can try to closely match the color of the brand tag (grey) on the left sleeve if that will work.
Thank you for your patience as we take a minute to attend to the details. Once the logo is setup, it will always be here. Generally speaking, setup take a bit of extra effort.
