If you're looking for a certain something that you don't find here, click on the SEARCHABLE CATALOGS link on the top menu bar. Send me the item number and I'll get back with you with your options (size, color, availability, etc).
Generally speaking, if you call, text or email, here's when you'll hear back from me. I am in my office (aka "The Bridge") most every day from 8am-Noon, chained to my desk and ready to answer your questions. I hit the road in the afternoon and am either at my Vermilion location or visiting clients at their locations for the rest of the day. During office time, I answer back with the most efficiency but I ALSO answer back as I can throughout the rest of the day. Please don't get discouraged if you end up in my call-back queue and don't get an immediate answer. I'll get back to you as soon as I am able.
If there's important stuff to let me know about when you place your order. At the Checkout page, there is a NOTES box. Feel free to send along any important info or questions with a note. If you need me to call you or if you require a title change, or whatever the issue is...just type me a note. Be sure to include a phone number where you can be reached.
There's also an actual physical/paper catalog in the office for you to look through. Jorja D is the keeper of your catalog(s) and will be happy to lend you the office copy any time. Thanks Jorja.
Once you place an order, here's how you'll get your stuff. You'll be asked to choose your delivery preference at the checkout.
Choose in-store pickup (Open Saturdays only and by arrangement).
Choose to have it included in your weekly delivery to LCP (you will be advised via email or text when delivery for you item is available).
Choose to have it shipped via USPS to you at home (or work). Standard shipping charges will apply.

Remember...if you'd like to see something specific added to your store, just email me the item number. Remember that it has to be in the Dennis Will approved color scheme (red, black, white, grey).
