Okay here we go. I did a look-back to 2019 to review the jacket style we've done since then.
2019 was the J162 Shoreline
2020 was the CT104050
2021 was the CTC003
2022 was the CTSJ140
I assuming you want to pick a jacket style that we've not done yet (just an assumption but honestly, on the fifth year, it would not be unreasonable to repeat the style...cause everyone likes a new jacket now and again).

The vests are a popular option for the Year-of-Service award jackets we do. Not sure if a vest is consistent with this award, but it's an option nonetheless.
103828 the detriot jacket
After recording the video...I realized I should have offered the Detroit Jacket as an option...so here it is. It's a short jacket though...not as 'coat-like' as the usual options. So just be aware of that. I always think about 'perceived value' when offering comparable pieces. This being a jacket vs a coat might impair the perception of its worth...just my two cents. BUT...this really is sort of the Original/Classic Carhartt. So there's that :-)
