Welcome and thanks for trusting us to fulfill your company logo apparel needs. Ordinarily, we'd have you enter your orders directly on-line and we'd turn those orders around quickly, usually shipping back out to you within the week. But these are not ordinary times. These are Covid times and the logo apparel supply chain has been severely impacted.
It's not unusual for inventories to struggle a bit during certain times of the year. But this year, and particularly this season, is by far the worst we've ever experienced. As a result, it has made it difficult to offer a well-functioning fulfillment system to our clients. So while under ordinary conditions, you'd hop onto our website, browse around and shop for Alpha apparel, and place your order right there. In turn, upon receiving your order, we'd immediately get to work on fulfillment. Most items ship to us next day and once received in our plant, we add the Alpha logo and ship it back out to you. Most orders are turned over in a about a week. We pride ourselves on our quick and efficient turnaround time.
In the current environment, however, we're at risk for delays because we cannot count on the inventory being available. And that leaves us feeling uneasy in that we don't think it's right to have you place an order that we cannot fulfill in our usual speedy fashion, because we can't get the inventory.
So for example, let's say you order the Gildan hooded sweatshirt in the color black, in size Large and XL. Even though we pull from 16 different warehouses. Shown below is the inventory from all warehouses for a Black Hoodie, sizes Large and XL. You can see....nada! But not to worry, let's check elsewhere....scroll down and you'll see that an alternate warehouse system DOES have inventory in size large ... but it's in the RENO warehouse, which takes a week to get here. So .... a delay. And if you need size XL, well, you're gonna be disappointed.
In light of all this, we'd like suspend our more conventional on-line ordering systems and ask that you email us the item number(s) of interest, along with your desired color and size, so that we can first confirm availability. If it's available, we'll send you a payment link and, once paid, we will proceed with processing your order. If it's not available, we'll contact you with alternatives and/or a backorder date, if available (even Backorder Dates aren't always available right now).
We very much hope things normalize soon. Once we're able to renew our confidence in the supply chain, you'll get a redirect to the on-line ordering system and things will go back to being fully automated.
