Limited room on front of hardhat. And the lettering gets too small to print. We worked this out earlier to fit perfectly. Cannot go bigger. More lettering would likely not work. Also have to consider the curvature of a hard hat. Decals don't do well; we maxed this out. This was engineered with hardhats here in our hands to get it just right.

If there is a space on the side that is flat and has some dimension to it, we could possibly do something there.
