1/4 Zip PERFORMANCE PULLOVER
ST850: There are a ton of choices for 1/4 zips, at all price points, but not all are available in Tall Sizes. Tall limits us a bit. So here are a variety of options at various price points.
This first piece is the one that you've been getting (heathered grey and navy). It's a Sport Tek Performance pullover. Wildly Popular. Comes in a ton of colors. Washes and wears well. Offered the full range of sizes. It's really hard to beat.

This last color choice is CHARGE GREEN. It's a discontinued color but still available. If you want to stand-out as a team at the show, you should really consider it. It will pair nicely with your black polos too. I went to a trade show in our industry once and the entire team from one of our suppliers was wearing LIME. It was really incredible because every time we saw a lime polo, we knew it was someone representing that firm. So that's just a thought.

THE 1/4 Zip Sweatshirt
ST253: This is a SWEATSHIRT (not a performance fabric). But it's a lofty 9oz, 65/35 RINGSPUN/Poly blend. It's soft...with enough bulk to feel nice but not so bulky that you feel confined. It's affordable; comes in both regular and tall sizes...and all the way up to 4XLT. Vintage Heather and Graphite Heather shown on the models below.
The thing about this style that I want to point out is that it does have a rib knit waist band (like most hoodies do) and if you have a little bit of a tummy, you might not like that. Otherwise, it's a terrific choice. The finish will stay nice after wearing and washing it. My husband wears this thing daily. He's tall (but lean) and it holds up. He has a closet full of them. I have a corporate client who orders these by the dozen...it's a good, solid choice.

NIKE LONG SLEEVE DRI-FIT
I'm throwing a Nike Long Sleeve Polo in here to give you a range of choices. It's a little more expensive ($49.55 with the logo SM-XL - Big sizes/Talls more) but this piece would give you the polo and the cover-up all in one piece. It's a good brand...so will last a long time. A good investment. There's also a short sleeve version of this (less $).
other brands of 1/2 zips
There are a ton of other brands that offer the 1/4 zip and 1/2 zip performance style. But NONE are offered in tall sizes, so I'm not going to give you any of those unless you can live with that. Nike and Adidas (shown below) all have lots of choices...but they're expensive (the one below is $50-ish with a logo).
This one is Badger brand. Only comes up to 3XL (NO TALLS). Thin (not like the one you've been getting ... this one is just a shell). $27.55 with a logo. I could go on and on....but if you need tall and economy...go back up to the top 2 choices.
Soft shell jacket
The last thing I'm going to show you is an actual Soft Shell Jacket. Sizes up to 4XL Tall. $36.75 with the logo for regular sizes. Black, Grey or Navy.
