Welcome! Thanks you for visiting us on the web. A few things to know before we get started... I accept new clients mostly by referral but I do consider all inquiries received. When submitting your request via email, it's important to include as much information as possible, including the art files (or art requirements and ideas), the size and scope of your logowear project or your firm's apparel needs, and your required turnaround time. After I review the specifics of your inquiry, we'll make a determination as to whether we will be a good fit for your needs. Please know that the size of your business/account is not always a determining factor. I have many, MANY clients who are not zillion dollar accounts, with whom I have a great and a lasting working relationship. Some of my clients order a tee-shirt a year, but they're good, solid, salt-of-the-earth folk and we do well working together.
What's up with this strange business model? Anyone in business, both big and small, will tell you that the PEOPLE who they work with are the heart and soul of the business. I've opted to accept only a limited number of clients so as to allow for an overall better experience for us all. However, in order to allow me to efficiently serve the largest audience that we can manage, I will continued to expand our semi-custom catalog, available in-store and on-line. Is there someone on staff to answer the phone? Yes, me. And because of the volume of calls that I receive each day, your initial call will be routed to voicemail where you will go into my call-back queue. I also encourage you to email me whatever you've got that goes along with your project requirements. That would be artwork or an explanation of your art requirements, type of apparel you're looking for, number of pieces that you're looking for, etc. That will allow me to better understand your project right from the beginning. Once you're setup as a client, you'll be offered my private number for quicker text and phone access.
You can absolutely find logowear providers that are cheaper and faster. But most often, you will, at some point, be disappointed. I strive for consistency in quality, thorough setups with all questions being answered from the beginning so that we can be sure of smooth sailing in the years to come, and to provide effective processes so that you're needs are always met. I will provide you with a true concierge service. I will setup a fulfillment process that works for you.
We conduct regular business Monday - Friday, except for holidays. I return calls and answer emails sometimes within seconds or minutes, other times within hours and on occasion, the next business day. Walk-in hours at our Vermilion location are limited to Thursday and Friday and during special events. Click on the HOURS tab to learn more. We also offer private shopping times. We are occasionally open By Chance and are always available to schedule a time by appointment at your location or ours.
